Try these:

Perform clean boot.

a.    Start the computer in safe mode with command prompt.

b.    On the command prompt type “msconfig.exe” without quotation and hit enter.

c.    Then follow the steps in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

after disabling third party services if it does not gives any issue then the problem with add in.. which you need to remove from IE and verify

ASKER

Still does not work with a clean boot.
Hi,

do you have latest version of service pack installed for Office 2010?
Hi,

Try to open Outlook from Run issuing the command "outlook /safe" and check if the issue still persists..
It has been completely updated and has Service Pack 2

Using outlook/safe did not work
