Reporting in MS Outlook

Is there any type of addin or macro that I can use in Outlook to show the amount of time it took between receiving an email and responding to it? I know Outlook is limited with it's reporting features but wasn't sure if there was something out there that I could use to calculate this time frame.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Outlook does not have that kind of data available as a report. You can get some information from looking at the message headers of the email message recieved in the inbox.

Exchange Servers can provide message tracking but only as far as leaving the organization.

Outlook does not include that functionality, but here is a link to a product that can provide that info and a lot more
