I have a user who have an issue when he wants to use the save as option in Adobe Illustrator on the Network. He get an error message id = -5000

He uses à Mac. He do have access to the network folder he wants to save on and if he save the file on the desktop and copy the file to the network folder, he will be able to repace the file.

If he wants to use the save as for .ai files, no problem

I went to this forum and it is mentionned that Illustrator can have some issues saving files over the network : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/876417

There are no updates available

The version of Mac os is: Mac OS X  10.7.5

The version of Adobe illustrator is:  CS 5.5
