Word 2013 tracking changes

I am migrating an application that utilizes word 2010 to Word 2013.  This application creates an instance of word and turns on track changes.
Works great in word 2010

--begin code
        _WORD = CreateObject("Word.Application")
        _DOC = _WORD.Documents.Open(_FILENAME)
        _WORDVERSION = _WORD.Version
        Me.Text = Me.Text & " Word Version " & _WORDVERSION

        If Not _WORD.ActiveDocument.TrackRevisions Then _WORD.ActiveDocument.TrackRevisions = True

--end code

In word 2013, it seems to default to the "simple markup" option. I want to change it to "All Markup" option programmatically.
I haven't found any option that works.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

THis is vba code.
if you try and use it in .net app it throws an error stating revisionsfilter is not a property of the word object.

In this page it says that revisionfilter is part of .net office

I achieved what I needed by protecting the document

 _WORD.ActiveDocument.Protect(Password:="xxx", NoReset:=False, Type:=0)
