We have a lot of showrooms and each showroom has a thin client and a copier. All showrooms are connected to company's network.
Users at the showroom scan documents on copier and email them. In order for it to work, we add printer's IP in our F5 (load balancer) appliances and that exchange can allow SMTP from that IP. Everything is working fine.
Question - We just need to simplify this process as we have a lot of showrooms and each showroom is getting a new printer. Is there a way to automate this process???
