I upgraded to Exchange Server 2010 SP3 and am now getting "403 -  Forbidden access is denied with the credentials that you supplied."  Our inside e-mail gets directed to http://servername.domain.org/owa and our outside mail gets directed to https://servername.domain.org/owa.  I could go into the redirect http and change it there and if I do i get the following error of   a problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox or an unexpected error occured and your request couldn't be handled and the e-mail will not open.  Also the public folders will not open at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions that will work?

You can refer to this post for a guide and a couple more options if you were setting up redirection.  IIS could just be a little hosed
