I have Outlook 2013 (office 365) running on a Windows8 machine. The account is configured to synchronize (download) messages with Hotmail.com
Most emails are synchronizing well both to the desktop and a Windows8 phone. However, there are two senders that their emails get 'stuck' on Hotmail and are not synchronizing to either Outlook or the windows phone. Emails from other senders from same organization/domain are coming through normally.
Any idea what could be the cause/solution?
