Outlook 2003 Rules

I had to set Outlook 2003 back up for a user.   His pst files are saved to a network drive.  The new Outlook setup is looking at that pst file.

How (or can I) recover his lost Rules he had set up before Outlook crashed.

And his contacts show on the contacts tab, but won't display in the address book ?????

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I knew about the export, but my problem is his Outlook went "POOF"    LOL.....   So I had to start from scratch with Outlook and set it back up.

So I cant export.   But I can access his pst file.

Is it just lost?
