Block The open file location

In a rds environment, users can go thru their pst management on ms outlook 2010, overthere there is a button, "open file location".

I would to disable that button, either by policies or any other way.

I know it is possible, because I another place I used work,it was blocked.

i will try, but this will remove on windows 7, i need to remove it from MS OUTLOOK, check attached screenshot!
