Old server 2003 died. Rebuild required. Question on RAID/ACU - HP 380 G6

A DC on my domian has died so I need to rebuild it. I'm going to boot using the HP smart start CD and install the media using this. How do I delete the old RAID and all the other logical drives before I begin to create new ones? Is this an option withing the smart start software. I need to wipe the data from the server to start afresh basically.

If you are using the Smart Start CD, during the boot process, it will prompt you for disk configuration where you can change the RAID type.

Yes, there is an option to completely blow away your current configuration and start over from scratch.  I would choose that one.
