Browser Problems

As you can see from the screen shots whenever I try to access past supplements of US Pharmacist journal they do not display while infact using Google chrome it does. It could not be the firewall bc if it was the culprit I would not be able see the images in Chrome. Can someone help me please?

Clear the cache on both browsers and see if that changes anything.
Also in IE10, try clicking the Compatibility icon (It looks like a blue piece of paper with a side ways lightning bolt (to the right of the URL)
Do you use any ad blocker in IE?

(The same ad blocker in Chrome?)
The items that do not get displayed in IE10 are made of Adobe flash.

1: reinstall adobe flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

2: go to IE Manage Addins menu and make sure adobe flash enabled.
This must be the url http://www.uspharmacist.com/supplements/

It looks like there is nothing you can do on your end.  The site has some errors it looks like with some of the javascript and the frame.  On top of that the site has a lot of html validation errors.  Every browser handles these errors differently.  I am not an expert in IE but based on what I am seeing, this makes sense.

I think you need to contact the site and and let them know of your issues in ie10.  Perhaps direct them here to EE for help.  Until then, use your chrome browser on this site.
It looks like flash is on the left, not the middle.
FWIW (another data point): I can reproduce the problem on IE10 (no supplements) and Opera (supplements).
I did install the adobe flash player. i emptied the TIF and cookies . The flash player does not show up in add ins. only shock wave flash and adobe reader is in add ins
opera shows supplements
Data point: Flash running in IE and Opera both.

So, does IE version of the same version flash player have a problem?
