How can I access contents of shadow copy storage space on W7

Hi-
Running W7 64

"VSSadmin list shadows" report leads me to believe that I have old shadow copies on my system as far back as 12/17/2012 (see below).

How can I access the contents of a shadow copy? I lost data awhile back and had given up hope I could retrieve it until today when I saw these old shadow copies!

When you right click a file or folder, then Properties, you should see a Previous Versions tab. If you click that you will see if Windows offers any previous versions of that file or folder.
If you click on a previous version you will replace the existing version with the previous version. So make a back up of the existing version first.

SAbboushi--The "old shadow copies " are the source of the Previous Versions.

Thanks - but in my case, the old shadow copies are from a prior restored system partition; I suspect that windows somehow has figured out that they are not applicable to the other partitions (which were not restored) and hence the Previous Versions doesn't list anything
