Interested in peoples opinions on cloud based software. We are looking for a customer package that holds all the standard information on the client i.e. address details etc then the facility to track work that is in progress for the client with all correspondence attached inc documents and emails.<br />

Its not for Sales as such so it does not seem to fit the normal CRM offerings as most of what they do are a waste as it is to track work in progress etc.<br />
