Is the Dell  T3600  on the HCL?

Check the VMware HCL (Hardware Compatability Lists) here

Are you using the Dell OEM version of ESXi 5.1, from the Dell Support Site, use the Dell Tag Number from the Server on the Site for the Download.

I'm not see-ing the server on the HCL? Unless I've missed it?

If the server is not included on the HCL, you will need to obtain a supported network interface card, e.g. Intel E1000 compatible at least.

Is this a workstation?
