IE Browser issue

I am trying to use a LBCC roster/grading program - Peoplesoft by Oracle - and it just keeps trying to load the page forever... even after I've cleared the cookies and browsing history).
Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you mean you are trying to download the program, or that after installation, it keeps loading when you try to start it?
If the latter, uninstall (I assume it is in Control Panel|Programs and Features).  Then reinstall.

Any info in Event Viewer?

I gather this is a pretty localized program.  Can you talk to anyone at Long Beach College?
