Desktop lock out in 30 Min

I have windows 2003 domain controller. I wanted set up a policy from the DC, if the desktops are idle for 30 minutes, so locks out the screen and users has to log back in with the password.
Please let me know where do i set it on the policy setting of the 2003 DC.

This is applied from a screen saver policy. use GPMC to define a policy in User Configuration/Policies/AdministrativeTemplates/Control Panel/Personalization

Enable Screen Saver enabled,  ScreenSaverTimeout enabled, 1800 seconds, and PasswordProtectScreenSaver enabled, then link the GPO to your applicable users OU, Prevent ChangingScreenSaver enabled.

GPMC is not installed by default on server 2003, you may need to download and install from microsoft. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc757728%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
