Please let me know where do i set it on the policy setting of the 2003 DC.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is applied from a screen saver policy. use GPMC to define a policy in User Configuration/Policies/AdministrativeTemplates/Control Panel/Personalization

Enable Screen Saver enabled,  ScreenSaverTimeout enabled, 1800 seconds, and PasswordProtectScreenSaver enabled, then link the GPO to your applicable users OU, Prevent ChangingScreenSaver enabled.

GPMC is not installed by default on server 2003, you may need to download and install from microsoft. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc757728%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
