Device Manager Drivers

WindowsXP...  I have 2 items listed in Display Adapters

NVIDIA GeFOrce 7100 / NVIDIA nForce 630i
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

The top one....has a yellow exclamation icon by it.    I look at the properties and it says
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

I look at Driver info and it has

Provider     NVIDIA
Date           7/9/10

And if I do an Update tells me the wizard could not find a better match for the hardware than the software you currently hae installed.

I did an update to that driver today.     Actually tried it a couple times.    Did restarts to the PC, but still have the exclamation mark

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right click and remove the driver and restart.
Go to and download the most updated drivers.  Uninstall the problem device and do not restart.  Install the setup file downloaded from nvidia then restart.  This should fix the problem.
