Can bootrec.exe be run outside Windows RE?
When you try to run bootrec.exe under an installed version of Win 7 or 8 you get the following error:
The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry.
I know, I know, it normally runs in the RE environment, but is there a way to run it in an installed environment?
