Monitoring web traffic

I have a customer who wants to monitor his staff’s web traffic usage and what sites they are visiting.  He has an SBS 2008 standard server onsite; does the server have this functionality built in and if so, what component would I look at configuring?  If not, do you know of any free applications that I could use on the server that would give me the information.

Hi giveandtake638, the clients go direct at the moment, no proxy servers.

Then the option that you have is to install a Proxy server so that user can go through this.

Thanks giveandtake638, you've confirmed my suspicions.
