Office 365 Directory Synchronization notifications

In Office 365 when directory synchronization ran I used to get email notifications of errors.
Now this stopped but there was one error and that was cleared up so I'm wondering if no notifications go out if there are no errors?

When the Microsoft Online Services Directory Synchronization tool encounters any synchronization errors, it will notify your company’s initial administrator (technical contact) of these errors in an e-mail message. When there are no errors, there will be no email notifications.

Sounds like everything is running smoothly ;)
