organize many articles/documents online under categories.
is there a website or service online where a group of people can use the service... and many people from the team across the country can see the files and organize/ update /create etc. for others to view later also. (those who have permissions)
pretty much like network drive if you were in the same building.. but these folks are seperated by miles and wondering if there is a solution.

thanks Anthony.. i like the idea and just bounced it here.. some feel google is not secure (not sure if they will read our stuff etc).. is that valid concern?
if so, is there any paid version that will be 'more' secure (from prying eyes)
