Automail from Shared Folder


I'm in need of assistance with getting an automail with attachment setup.  This is the scenario, Clerk creates a spreadsheet and places in a shared folder on the network.  Once a new file is placed on the share folder, I would like it to be sent out to a group of persons by exchange mail.  Any suggestion would be helpful.

i think the most simple way is to ask the clerk directly drags the created spreadsheets into a public folder on the Exchange server then the corresponding reviewers can receive emails by subscribing the public folder.
