How to open this Excel document?

I received an Excel document and there are supposed to be 23 entries listed.
I can only see the first person's name and T23.

There is no scroll bar on the bottom or along the side.

There is a drop down arrow beside the name but nothing in there.
There is a drop down arrow beside the T23 and nothing in there.

How to view this document?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is this a sensitive file, or something you can upload for us?  It is hard to diagnose without access to the document.
Can you attach  the Excel file here? you get a faster answer.

I'll post a screen shot. There should be settings that are not letting me see it and I don't use Excel so the settings are likely set at default.

I looked in all the tabs and drop down arrows and never saw Window > Unhide.

I clicked on the "view" tab and for the fun of it clicked on "zoom to size."
That gave me a very large Excel window with a good 25 squares. The document I was trying to see was in the top left square but was not large enough to read anything. I closed that window and clicked on the document and it opened up normally and I can view it.

Glad I started you in the right direction but I could have been more specific.

I run 2007 and this is how to unhide a workbook:

On the View tab, in the Window group, click Unhide.

Note    If Unhide is unavailable, the workbook does not contain hidden workbook windows.

Under Unhide workbook, double-click the workbook window that you want to display.
