How to Prevent Form from Moving when Using a Tab Control

I want to always see the top of my form when paging through the tabs of my tab control.  However, as I page through the tabs, the form automatically scrolls so that only the header of the form is showing and the top of the tab control (I'm visually losing the top of my form.  I have to physically scroll to see the top of the form again.)

Are there any properties which will prevent this movement from happening?

(I've experimented with Anchoring but without success.)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The key is to ensure that the entire tab control can fit in the visible area of the form.  Either increase the size of the form, or decrease the vertical size of the tab control.
