I honestly don't think you can do anything like this. The only thing i can think of is putting it in the disclaimer through a transport rule but i cannot find a way to add a time stamp in there.

My email system is exchange 2007 on SBS 2008 and we use outlook 2010. I want to have a local time stamp and a GMT time stamp on the email. Can this be done and if it can be done how?
