Moving the list items from one list to another in sharepoint 2010 using sharepoint 2010 designer workflow

I have a requirement to move the list items from one list1 to another list2 in same site (sharepoint 2010) based on a condition using sharepoint designer workflow. Condition is if created date field (list column value) is today then we have to move the list items one day after created date. Delete the moved items from list1. The workflow has to be configured to run on specific day and time. Any help will be appreciated.

I am not sure if this works for starting workflow created in sharepoint designer 2010 on a  specific day. In List settings we have information management policy settings,there we have content type policies .Seleting Item and creating policy retention and in action section we have an option to start workflow  at certain day. could we start a workflow on certain day like this? I am not sure if this is right way of doing it.
Please see the attached screenshot of retension policy and workflow i have created.
Any help will be appreciated.
