Opening workbook to specific cell

Folks,
Whne my workbook opens I like the cursor to be at A1. The code did not get me there with the ActiveSheet.Range("A1")

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

Dim intIndex As Integer

With Worksheets("Menu")
    For intIndex = 10 To .UsedRange.Rows.Count
        .Cells(intIndex, 1).Value = ""
    Next
End With
ActiveWindow.ScrollRow = 10
ActiveSheet.Range ("A1")
End Sub

Open in new window

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Replace: ActiveSheet.Range ("A1")

With:
[A1].Select
or
Range("A1").Select

You may also use:
Application.Goto Reference:=[A1], Scroll:=True
