I have exchange 2010 with 5 domains configured as authoritative. All outgoing mails are going through a send connector which is pointing to a host (postini). Now I want to send one internal domains mail through another hosted service (trendmicro). Means any mail from *.abcd.com shoudh go through trend connector and all other mails must go through postini connector.

Thanks and Regds

Sorry to tell you but it is impossible. Exchange does not give you the possibility to do this.
