Windows server 2012 Std - no 5 CAL's are bundled ??

I need to know before ordering.
If indeed there are no CAL's included - what's the price per CAL or per 5 CAL's bulk?

Most Windows server O/S's come with at least 5 user cals. Here is a link to the official list at Microsoft's site.
