What is the problem, is it not working?
If you are running from the secondary boot image, the process of upgrading the Firmware went wrong, if you did not specify it manually.

Use a telnet / SSH /serial connection to the switch and TFTP to upload images. This is much more stable than the web gui.
Run:
menu

To start the TUI and do the update as described here:
http://procurve.ferrold.net/guides/firmware_upgrade.pdf

There you can also select the primary or secondary boot image.

Had issues with one of the v14 versions and java.
Was set to secondary.
Wanted primary and to update firmware.

Now its showing:

Correct.
Your primary image is V15, the secondary V14. You booted from primary. V15 did not update the boot rom to my knowlage.
You will immediately recognize V15 just by opening the Web GUI - java is gone (few!).

Here is one of ours to verify this:

should the boot rom be updated too?

Daniel HelgenbergerCommented:
No, leave the boot rom. In general do a boot rom update only if required for the firmware (I actually did not know there is a separate newer boot rom than W14; and I think the fw bin does the update itself if needed for HP switches)
