you may use internet download manager to download content of a webpage.

Use site grabber option of that for all specific content.

Well if they are in Facebook they are the property of the Facebook account your accessing for example, if it is your facebook you already have them, there could be copyrights involved there.
Can't you just rightclick them and copy and then paste in to word or email or a new folder?

When you visit a page with lots of images usually there is a temp of them in your temp internet explorer folder that is IE~>tools~>internet options~> under browsing history~>settings~>view files
put it onto details then you can scroll down them easier, some will be png some will be jpeg
or just rightclick the screen and sort by type.
identify which ones by the URL next to it when in details mode
Highlight all the jpeg from the URL of the web page copy them to a folder on your desktop
Then you can actually see them
It's the easiest method I know of. You will get a security warning as it may not be safe to open them, just scan your folder first
That's why you need to clear out your temporary internet files on a regular basis

thank u i will try that. I know i can save one at a time but if i want to save a whole album of family or friend vacation or birthday then it takes more time . i have read one time that there is a method to do that i can not remember though.

Ok if they have posted them on Facebook basemkhawaja64 it should be in an Album, All my photos go in to Albums, oops as you said actually, are you facebook member?
You'll need to be a member and these people in your friends list so that the application can access them.

you are a good man.yes i am a facebook member.i use IE 10, do i need to download all three links that u have mentioned above and after i do that and i go to  photos tab of where usually all the photos are included on that members page how do i download from there? thank you again

my other question is what if i wanted to download the photos of a web site that is not a person meaning there is a site called "drug information" but i want to download those pictures in that album . since it is a website it is not like a friend that u ask for a permission to see their photos bc it is already there.can i still use that app that u mentioned. my other question is how about if u want to download a whole page of pictures from another web site say Maxim or Esquire magazine is there such app that I can use?  thank u
