VBA: Help with setting multiple cell range

Experts,

In Excel VBA:  How would I write the syntax for the following:

 Set UserNameSubmissions = Sheets("Event Management").Range("B1") & " - " & Sheets("Event Management").Range("H95")

Open in new window

I am want the output to look like:
John Doe - 85.34%

The issue is that it wont take the & " - " &.

Thanks

The issue is the 'Set' try:

UserNameSubmissions = Sheets("Event Management").Range("B1") & " - " & Format(Sheets("Event Management").Range("H95"),"0.00%")

Open in new window

Then to put it back into the sheet or work with it...
Sheets("Event Management").Range("xxx") = UserNameSubmissions 'put range address in xxx

Open in new window
