vCenter Health Data

We are getting an alarm from VMware vSphere Update Manager Extension. It says "Unable to retrieve health data from http://localhost:9084/vci/downloads/health.xml"

This started happening right after we upgraded our vSphere Web Client (server) to 5.1.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When I use the URL in the browser I get this:
Health XMLI did not upgrade Update Manager. I only upgraded the Web Client. I was told I can upgrade the Web Client without needing to upgrade any other components (including vCenter).
