why does the following link
http://www.theeducationcenter.com/marketplace/
goes to
http://www.theeducationcenter.com/marketplace/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/go.do/
in chrome and firefox?
Instead of going to error404.html page like the following link:
http://www.theeducationcenter.com/register/
http://www.theeducationcenter.com/marketplace/
goes to

There is an issue with the way struts pages are configured on the server.

how to solve this, and what to look for to solve this. Only this particular directory is doing this. Not the other directories.
In your struts configuration (presuming you own the server) look for what the action is to be performed for that page. You will probably find the action is to append the go.do to the url. And this appears to be happening recursively.
You will find it in the way that particular page is defined in the struts configuration file.
