Crystal Reports: Count number of subgroups within a larger group

I have a report with a number of groups for different processes, then sub-groups for products within that process. I'd like to know all the products within a certain process, but all the DistinctCount and Count options simply total all the product lines in the report. Help!

Alternatively, if I could find the average of a sum, then that would solve my problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Crystal allows you to count within a group by adding a second argument to the summary which is the group field
Try
If the processes are all distinct then
     DIstinctCount({ProdctField},{ProcessField})

If you need all the processes then

     Count({ProdctField},{ProcessField})

WHat average do you want?
