the past week. I receive this error once a day. The error message is below. I go to the users outlook and everything seems normal and no complaints. Any idea if this is one of those just ignore warnings from Microsoft?

Please move the mailbox to another database.
After do it, please restart MSExchangeMailboxAssistants service, and check if there is the problem.

We only have one db and plan to keep it that way.  Is there another fix?
Marshal HubsEmail ConsultantCommented:

After the moving complete database into new db you can delete old db. I have applied same method before.
Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

is there another method? also what id we decide to leave everything as is. will something happen to the mailbox?
IT_FanaticAuthor Commented:
Just seeing if anyone else has another option than just creating a new DB and moving the user over.

Any other options for this?
To resolve this problem, do one or more of the following:

Make sure that Exchange Active Directory Topology service is in the Started state.
Make sure that the Mailbox Assistants service runs under Local System Account. To do this, follow these steps:
       1. Right-click Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service in the Services console, and then click Properties.
        2. Click the Log On tab.
        3. Make sure that Local System Account under Log on as is selected.
        4. Make sure that there is at least one mailbox database on the server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server server that logged this event.
Increase the diagnostic logging level on the Service category of the MSExchangeMA service. To do this, follow these steps.

     1. Start Registry Editor (regedit).
     2. Locate the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeMA\Diagnostics
     3. In the results pane, change the Value data value of the Service entry to 5.
     4. Exit Registry Editor.

Review the Application log and System log on your Exchange 2010 servers for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this error.

This error has disappeared after a ran windows updates a month. I guess it fixed itself on its own with the patches and a reboot of the exchange server. Thank you all for your help.
