Installing Exchange management tools on RDS servers, not able to update

Hello Experts,

I have a few Exchange 2010 SP3 servers, and a RDS server. On the RDS server, I have the Exchange Management tools installed to remotely manage the exchange server

The exchange version on the RDS server is Exchange 2010 SP1, and the version on the exchange servers  is Exchange 2010 SP3

The only thing I want to know is how I can update the management tools on the RDS server


I just tried to upgrade from Exchange 2010 SP1 to SP3, and got issues below
