I was wondering if is any alternative to the companyweb from SBS but under windows 2012 standard.<br />
I'm considering SharePoint Foundation 2013 but I was wondering if there is something else.<br />
Client want to share calendars, post documents, start projects and get notification when somebody update the project or post new info on the page.

Alternatives to company web on windows 2012

Windows Server 2012 is the server version of Windows 8 and the successor to Windows Server 2008 R2. Windows Server 2012 is the first version of Windows Server to have no support for Itanium-based computers since Windows NT 4.0.
