Analyse-it for Excel fails to load
I have a client who has installed Analyse IT 3 on Excel 2103
However when she attempts to use it the following message appears:
Location: C:\Program Files\Analyse-it3\AnalyseI
Load Behaviour: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.
Any thoughts ?

I setup a clean Windows 7 x64 install, and a clean Office 2013 install. The Analyze-It add-in installed perfectly. Then I installed all the latest Windows & Office updates and it still worked fine.
One thing you could try : can you uninstall Analyze-It, then disable every Excel and COM add-in? Some do not play well with others, eg Apple add-ins, bluetooth etc. Then reinstall Analyze-It and see if any difference.

I've tried the un-install and re-installing but am getting the same error message again. After it has downloaded, it gives you the option to start the program so I clicked yes which in effect opens excel and the add in should be there (I assume), but its not and when I go through options and manage add-ins, it is listed as an inactive add in. If I go to manage add-ins and select it I get the error message in the screen shot.
