Excel Add-in issue


I have just loaded an Excel Add-in application (circled in red at the top of the attached image) and cannot see the new ribbons or any other aspect of the add-in. Is it perhaps the other disabled related add-in shown at the bottom? Also I have a number of COM Add-ins running. Could the two conflict?

Please try enable all macros from trust center. Then check the Add-ins tab of Excel. In case the problem still persists ---

Try  manage Add-ins and locate the file.
