Exchange 2010 w3wp.exe Process using 95% memory

On Exchange 2010 Cashub server I have memory pegged at 95% for more than 24 hours. There seems to be more than a few w3wp.exe processes running which is IIS. Compared to the other Cashub server there are doubled the amount of these processes on this serer. So this seems to be the culprit. Any ideas on how to cut down on these processes and get the memory back?
