Best way to protect physical Windows clusters at secondary DR site?
We have numerous Windows 2008 R2 server clusters in a central data center and are looking to provide secondary site fail-over. I have been looking at Windows 2012 R2 features coming later in the year and also third party solutions such as Double Take Availability.
I am hoping to get a 1 redundant GBps VPN site to site connection between the two sites. We have NetApp SANs and SnapMirror licensing and use iSCSI LUNs.
I know the future is virtualization and cloud, but we have significant new hardware waiting to be used. I have been thinking to have the secondary site to be perhaps a Hyper-V 2012 private cloud.
Thanks so much!

Hyper-V replica should do this for you.
