Windows 7: Forwarding events and diagnostic event logs

We have a user who runs into various performance issues frequently.  And they are so busy they can rarely make time to have us look at the machine.  They miss appointments to do so etc.  (Yeah - you know the kind!)  Anyhow I wondered if there was a way to forward all Event Logs and/or diagnostic event logging to a location other than their local drive so we could be better monitoring what is going on that Windows 7 laptop.

By default the complete memory dump option is disabled in windows . If we want to enable the complete memory dump for a diagnostic purpose, we have a solution for it. here we are using the registry method to enable this.
