Trimming characters in xslt


My xslt is displaying value from code
<xsl:value-of select="summary" disable-output-escaping="yes" />

I wanted if text is more than 130 character then after 124 character all character should be trimmed and should be replaced my 3 dots (...)

"truid today announced some great deals for families looking for a fantastic value break this summer, including kids go free..."

I am rendering XSLT and XML from .net2.0 using c#
