Cisco 7945G Phones: Compatible Noise Cancelling Headset Dual Earbud

I had a request from some users for headsetups with dual earbuds that would work with the Cisco 7945G phone. I tried the combination of adapter and headset below. I find I can hear fine but noone can hear me on the far of using this setup. Anyone know of a combo of relatively low cost dual ear bud head set and Cisco phone adapter that in practice works?

Some random text to keep the question open. I think I have found an adapter that will actually work with the Digital Silence dual ear-bud/noise cancelling headset and communicate with the Cisco 7945G phone.
