3PAR F200 Cannot reach TOC quorum

We're getting this message below .... any idea how to Regen an TOC on 3 PAR F200!

"Cannot reach TOC quorum. Use 'setsysmgr' to set system manager startup state.

No TOCs found.
32 disks were considered invalid TOC sources due to unread or bad labels."

All you have to do is tell it to use the Invalid TOC that’s listed…. why the display shows a TOC I don’t know…

Yep ... that's what I thought too but no lock ... it's says No Tocs Found..... it's a second handed 3par, i'm not quit sure what they have done to it ... I have no idea how to generate a new TOC!

I have a 3PAR P10000 V400 system bought as a HP Demo Unit, Upon powering it up and connecting to the controller node 3, i came across the errorr
