Windows 2008 File Sharing

Dear experts

I have a Windows 2008 server with 2 LAN card with a real IP and with LAN IP. I allowed the file sharing and it worked. But I want this to work only for LAN IP, not for WLAN  IP, so my question is by default windows 2008 server is smart enough by default to provide such result, or I should manually modify the settings in firewall advanced. If yes, how?

I try to take a look over the setting, i think I should set score but not very sure excatly how ...
