Exchange 2007 OWA appears all messed up!

I have a client still using Exchange 2007.  While their server is running fine with no known issue i have got recent reports that users are having problems while accessing OWA via the web link they have always used.  I have attached a screenshot of what they are seeing.  Once the user logs in there are broken images and everything just looks a mess.

Any ideas?

If none of the above helped try removing CAS role, restart server and instal CAS role again.

Run the command iisreset then check if issue still not resolve then recreate your OWA virtual directory in IIS.

To recreate owa directory iis refer below link:

If a new RU update was installed recently on the server, try the following.

1. Go to client access folder under exchange installation folder then open owa folder . you find folders named with version numbers.
2. take a copy of the latest version.
3. copy all the files and folders from the previous version to the current version and replace existing (this may need to stop exchange (CAS) services.

test again.
