I am finalizing a Job Description Manual in Adobe Acrobat 10. When completed, the manual will contain over 40 digital signatures. As each person signs the document, it takes successively longer for Adobe to validate all previous signatures. Is there a setting in Adobe that will prevent it from validating all previous digital signatures when you apply a new digital signature? I'm only about half way through getting personnel to sign and it is taking over three minutes to validate all the previous signatures.
