Hi Experts,

I'm having the same problem and hoping if anyone would know the correct policy setting referred in the last comment to the below post?

Thanks in advance

You client is connected to a network. Which network location did you select: Home, Work or Public? If it is Public, try Home or Work.

Hi strivoli, thanks for your reply. I selected Home but still no luck. It's still saying I don't the correct permission.

Any other ideas?

Do you have Administrative permissions on the PC? Or, is your user part of the local Administrators group?

Hi, browsing a few other forums, I've found this:

Connect to copier/scanner using web browser.  Click Administration tab, and logon use the copier's username/password.
Click Network
Click SMB Session
Click SMB Session box
In section called "SMB Signing of SMB Server", the default of "If client agrees, digital signature is done for communication" needs to be changed to "Digital signature isn't done for communication for the server"
Click Set button at top, then Save button, and the copier will reset.

Can you try this and let us know if this works?
